These terms govern your use of Tasted by at tastedby.com(the “Service”), operated by Digics, Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KvK 85601802). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What Tasted by is
Tasted by is a free, curated map of restaurants. Each spot is tied to a public post by a food creator who visited it. We are a discovery tool, not a booking, reservation, ordering, or review platform, and we are not affiliated with the restaurants shown.
No account needed
You can use the Service without registering. Any restaurants you save are kept in your own browser, not on our servers. You are responsible for the device and browser you use to access the Service.
Accuracy and your own judgement
Restaurant details, opening hours, locations, and creator attributions are gathered from public sources and may be out of date or incorrect. We provide everything “as is” with no warranty. Always confirm details, prices, dietary suitability, and availability with the restaurant directly before you rely on them. Your dining decisions are your own.
Creator and third-party content
Names, handles, videos, and images belong to their respective creators and platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) and are shown to attribute and link back to the original posts. Restaurant names and trademarks belong to their owners. If you are a rights holder and want content removed, contact hello@tastedby.com and we will act promptly.
Acceptable use
Please do not scrape, copy, or republish the Service’s data at scale, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the Service at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasted by is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on its content, including out-of-date information or your experience at any restaurant.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent court in Amsterdam. Questions about these terms go to hello@tastedby.com.
